" Edgegamers, on behalf of DICE cordially invites you to attend the Zombies Battlefield Event on August 15th 2014 at 7EST. This event will feature DICE as well as famous youtubers such as Xfactor and Russian Badger. This event’s main theme is to show the large community aspect of Battlefield, and you being among the premier communities in Battlefield are invited to attend with all your members. To attend just hop up on our Teamspeak around 7est and have fun ! We are giving away tons of prizes including games and hardware on the day of the event. It will be featured on the Twitch homepage and will be live streamed across various popular accounts.

Battlefield Zombies with DICE

Join EdgeGamers Organization (eGO) and the developers from DICE on August 15 to fight off the Zombie Apocalypse in Battlefield Zombies: The End Is Near.

This is an amazing collaboration between eGO and DICE to give members the chance to hang out with DICE developers and get a first look at an exclusive, zombie-themed event as they test their survival skills on Battlefield 4. Attendees will also have the chance to interact with DICE developers and win some fantastic prizes.

The event will be hosted on the eGO TeamSpeak Server. Participants should join the Battlefield 4 Channel in the Battlefield Division on TeamSpeak before the event begins.

That's kinda cool...

How are they going to set up a server for that?
 
It's a plug-in, similar to the one for BF3. For more info jump on our TS and go to the BF rooms and anyone there will be happy to answer your questions. Or log onto our Forums. Looks like it's going to turn out a lot bigger than we thought, the Dice people playing and giving out prizes and such. We have set aside three servers as of now, but are considering more as interest seems to be skyrocketing. As in the announcement it will be live broadcast so we wanted some quality people, hence this invitation for your clan.

I wish I could make it for the start, but I'll be leaving work about then.
 
if im home which i most likely will be im a go check out the event on there ts and what not anyone else?
 
the gameplay seems interesting im more about seeing what/if dice is there and all these youtube guys and hey if there are prizes to be out why not.
 
I'll probably check it out if I'm settled in at home in time. Have to do a shoulder driving training til 4-6.

Well apparently we were supposed to pre-register which jtipton55 failed to mention in his post. Sadly its going to be pretty difficult to actually get more than 1 or 2 matches in over the next 5 hours if you decide to play because they didn't mention that here.
