Ok so maybe it isnt an exact competition but I can feel a bit of a pride blow. Leetservers was featured on the BF3 site mentioning a community night they are having tomorrow. there IP and everything was provided and supposed "special guests" are going to be online. For those who dont know, leetservers is the #1 server on gametraker we are now #2.

Incidentally, one might point out they also win in 2142 too....
 
Not really competition, they are a GSP and we are a clan/ gaming community. Of course EA is going to promote an event for them over us even if we had the number 1 ranked server.

I never checked out the info he posted and was just basing my reply off the leetservers name which I know as a GSP. I did go look at the website but am a bit confused what is the name of this clan because I get the impression they are either affiliated with or trying to use the leetservers for name reconigition.
 
they use that name for recognition has nothing to do with the actual GSP or DICE.
 
I'm not sure I'd want to be tasked with administration during such an event. I'm sure dozens of hackers have obtained dirt cheap clean BF2 GUID's in anticipations of wreaking havoc ;-)

and their servers are the #1 hangout for every noob and hacker on the planet.

heres the differenece:


We have admins and they are just a shit pit for people to come play on and be idiots. Their Admin coverage is as about as frequent as DICE developers commenting in the EA forms Non-existant
 
I must say that our BF2 servers are loaded with folks all the time. There have even been times where we can't get on because it is at 64. Of course, that doesn't help when you want to get on becuase someone sketchy needs looked at, but you always can at the end of the round.
