BF3: Reintroduce the map vote script please

I don't mind the new maps in the rotation, but can you reintroduce the voting system? Save us from suffering through some of the more painful maps.

If we do that, you will not be able to see our server in the listing. Only way to connect would be direct connect. Meaning a lot less traffic. Essentially killing the server.
