BF3 starts to join and then disconnects from the server

I'm having trouble joining the BF3 server, it starts loading and then closes. On other servers this doesn't happen.
What could be happening?
I restarted the PC and still have the problem.
Use VPN to log into EA then log out
Any suggestions?

I have had that problem before. Normally I would say the server restarting on our end would fix the issue but I also noticed a lot of players in the server. I’m sure it is temporary

I typically have to join another server, then join back. I really only notice that issue on the TBG server oddly enough.

I was able to play later, now it happens again
It is obvious that the server has problems, it has empty slots and does not allow entry.

Not sure what the issue could be on our end as the server has been doing its things for a number of years unchanged. Whether a plugin is running that is causing now the issue after DICE updated bf3 about a year ago. That is a possibility.

The only we can do to fix the server after the EA update is the restart the server for now (until the issue reappears and that is pretty much random) unless we are able to pinpoint what plugin, or issue is causing it.

Currently I am seeing players joining bf3 server. A restart at the moment is not required.
