Captured Vehicle Rules Clarification

Hey,

I just wanted to clarify that if you capture an enemy vehicle either by shooting out the pilot(helicopters) or it is abandoned, is it against the rules to use it?

You're allowed to steal vehicles as long as you don't kill your opponent inside their uncap to do it.
