Chrome, Battlelog and the tale of the exploding plugin

I'm using Chrome, and the plugin will download and open before closing itself about 10% into the first progress bar. No error or nothing.

Apart from downgrading back to Firefox, any ideas guys?

I think chrome stopped support for that type of plug in, so unless ea/dice decides to change it you are going to have to downgrade

I had a similar issue. Deleted and reinstalled chrome, plugin installed fine after.

Aaaarrgghh. Thanks guys. I'm waiting for a reply from EA; if a reinstall doesn't fix the problem I'll post their reply here.

I had same issue the other day, I reinstalled chrome and no fix so I looked up on youtube and found this. Im back up and running bf4 alpha.
chrome://flags/#enable-npapi

I only use Chrome as my bullet shield when he plays on the infantry only server.
