Chrome Vulcan Death Grip

I have been searching for months for the solution to the Cache Loading Error that Chrome uses to but a vulcan Death Grip on my system for a few minutes. Maybe one of you has a fresh idea?

It's not Chrome, it's the NSA scanning your computer every 30 seconds to make sure you're not a security threat and to justify the billions spent on massive data centers. Maybe it is Chrome....IDK.

It's an issue with Chrome. Happens a lot with installation on SSD's. What's truly annoying is my friend with a near identical build has no issue.

My SSDs seem to be working fine with 8.1 and chrome. I stopped using Firefox, becuase it just didnt feel compatable with win8. No issues thus far with my ssds and chrome

Yeah, it seems I am just one of the unlucky ones. My computer can be a bit of a temperamental bitch at times.
