Why does Sim City get twitter and facebook feedback when EA fucks up but BF is updated with the middle finger when they fuck it up?

What do you mean company or customer feedback? EA Origin and Battlefield all have seperate twitter feeds posting information on ongoing issues. Its just that no one ever reads em. As far as customer rage I dunno I rarely read replies.
