CPU cooler recommendations?

Just trying to be budget friendly,

I'm between these two:
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

or
Corsair Hydro Series High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler H60

Price wise the Evo takes the cake lol for $30. However, is the H60 liquid cooler far superior?

Out of these two which should I purchase, I'd imagine the H60 isn't all that superior to the Evo.

Any other recommendations? I'd imagine I should dig a bit deeper into the wallet.

I have the Corsair.. Had it for over 2 years now.. no problems.. not overclocking however.. just wanted the processor to last longer with better cooling (ivy bridge i7)
 
If you aren't overclocking you will get by on air just fine. If you live in hell or plan to push it then water cooling is fun too. My i5 is 1.3 Ghz over stock on air at the maximum safe voltage. It's been 6 years now?
