Dell Exits Gaming, Alienware Invades with New M17x Notebook

Just the design on that beast looks amazing. Brings a whole new meaning to what a laptop is all about ;).
 
Why would you buy a laptop for gaming?!?

Never really got it... unless you travel a LOT.
 
I only understand if you travel or there is not enough room to put a tower on the desk or the floor. You don't have to buy a whole new desktop to run a game smoothly. At least you can upgrade when you have to when you own a desktop.
 
At 2300 actually it's not THAT expensive, considering all that shit is packed in a laptop.

In a desktop it'd be about 1000 cheaper of course, but that's how laptops go...
 
We all know its cheaper to put one together yourself. Then buy one from a factory or someone you know build it.
