Disallowed Program/Driver???

I keep getting this error in BF2. I am not even able to play more then 5 mins. I get kicked and keep seeing this error message. I currently installed a sound card but I don't see why it would conflict with it because when I installed the sound card, I wasn't having any problems. I just started noticing this today. I have manually updated pb...still the same. I don't know what to do anymore. Can anyone suggest what I should do?

Try this:

Use pbsvc.exe to reinstall all PB services. Restart your computer after wards.

I tried that and still the same issue. *shrugs* so much shit is starting to happen with this comp.
 
What is the error message number and which programs are you running along with BF2? When I used to play BF2 I would get a similiar error message when running an outdated version of fraps. Took a long time to figure that one out.
 
Well, I actually had cotton help me out on this and he told me that, i have to disable the steam in-game community" or someshit around those lines. I did that and it was resolved. Chivox said the same shit. I enabled it a few days ago to communicate through steam and turns out that was my case.

CASE RESOLVED!
 
Yeah it was the in game community overlay that always causes issues. Glad you got it resolved.
