Here is a screenshot from the chat box of the EA game advisor and myself. We had some time to kill while I had to download and reinstall. I also got a 15% discount code for my next purchase for my "inconvenience" which was pretty cool.

Attendant: "Hello sir, welcome to WestJet, where would you like to go today?"

Person: "I'd like to go somewhere I've never been before, what are your thoughts on going to Customer Service"

Attendant: "I hear it's a great place for tourism right now, and lucky you, there is a big festival going on in the city of "Fake Microsoft Scam" , as well as the new market place in "EA Online Help"

Person: "You know what, I've actually read about that, I hear that it is a great festival, it's almost as big as the one in "Telus Customer Service" that just passed. I think I'll take the ticket there.

Attendant: "Good choice sir, your plane will be leaving at 1525 and should arrive at the "Duct Cleaning Internation Airport" at 0350. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to stop in at our "Westjet Service" building in Customer Service, it's right on the corner of "EA Online Help" and "Google Tech Support"

So, did you get your shit resolved or not? I still think it's your video driver, but I'm curious.
 
I finally got it fixed permanently, knock on wood. I had to use the EA call back feature and actually talk to someone. The issue had to do with when I purchase the game (pre order) and having the beta version of the game. Those two things would randomly disabled my premium "entitlements" for the individual DLCs on my account. This is why certain DLCs would work and others wouldn't, to include equipping previously unlocked weapons from those DLCs in other game modes. The technician(level 2, look out) seemed like he knew what he was talking about which was pretty cool. He went in and zapped my account of the old stuff, re-enabled my premium entitlements and I have no issues so far.
