Its just a no win scenerio..I was in sharqi this morning and I was in the air the whole time in the flanker owning all the F-35's. 22-1 I went only cause I ran into a crane. Now no shit, Im a pretty good pilot, but its just not fair at all. Its a no win win every-time. Even if they manage to get behind you you can double back in half time time and gun them down. And forget about missile lock if you got flares or chaff. Is this just how its going to be for the life of the game or is dice actually gonna do something? I hope those things are not that bad in real life cause I feel bad for the pilots.

That's becuase the F35 was never designed with the intent to an Air to Air platform. The flanker, was not designed to be an exclusive dog fighter either, in fact they are both catagorized as "Multi-Role" fighters, the F35 and SU-35 should both be on an equal playing feild, but since dice is fucking retarded and decided to add the "Hover" open to the F35, they had to cut down it's turn rate. The F35 isn't that terrible. and can really score some serious A2A kills, if you know how to fly it. In conventional cruise speed flight, the Flanker will win... every time.

The F35 is more of an A2G fighter, It's fucking awesome down low.

Once you learn to fly the F35 you should be pretty damn deadly. Its a helicopter and a fighter jet.

First noob mistake is hitting S to slow down to pitch hard and instead of that actually occuring your actually starting to transition into hover. People do this and are like omg this thing turns so slowly. Problem is though and i think lex covered this is there is no proper control in the game so you are stuck with hover. We agreed one time in server already that you just have to learn to fly it.

I suck at this game but that same day I was talking to lex I hopped in the F35 and took down 2 jets and a chopper right away. I also later proceeded to go water skimming.... lol you know wake is shallow enough to go gear down and just run it across the inlet?
