FCC asks whether broadband should mean faster Internet speeds

Finally something good out of these guys. I hope this passes so bad. I use to get great speed. Then got capped because other were saying there speeds were to slow. Some how my house got the blame.

If passed. How will we know? When I do the speed test. It doesn't add up to the real down load speed I really pull.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Communications Commission on Tuesday proposed changing the definition of high-speed Internet to require download speeds of 10 megabits per second (Mbps) or higher to qualify as broadband.
