Number 2 is wrong. That is EXACTLY what those are used for if you live outside of North America. Obviously one should use Bluetooth but the Galaxy Note 8 for example is a phablet, but when it made it to the US it lost its GSM radio for phone use. I was very sad as I was going to buy it to be like this bitch. Looks like a 10 inch tablet though, probably an ipad but I wouldn't know haha
