Currently sitting on a 600W OCZ ModXStream Pro. It is about 2 years old. Going to be upgrading my RAM to 16GB and buying another GPU here. Mainly because of Star Citizen.

Think I am looking for a 750W but not sure. Haven't done much research on PSU's lately. EVGA and Corsair have some for about the same price. Rosewell has a HIVE series for a bit less.

Just looking for some input [emoji16]

Those things dont draw shit for power under load. A nice gold/plat 750+ PSU will be enough. I had the ax 860i and was going to run SLI 980s on it.

I am a huge Evga fan. They put out a good product and the support is outstanding IMO.
I really like the EVGA ones lately as they use Super Flower's platform for their PSU's and they are the best out there right now. Corsair's generally run older Seasonic platforms, from what I recall, so they're reliable but not spectacular. Head over to http://www.jonnyguru.com/ for the most in depth and best explained reviews of PSUs you're going to find.

Before I forget, what else is running in your rig? Do you OC the CPU and GPUs? I like to have extra headroom for when I do stupid shit with my rig but that's me. For SLI 970's it's recommended to have 600 or better.

So, if you're looking for a 750, my recommendation would be EVGA's 750G2. It's very highly rated and you get a 10 year waranty.

How are those Samsung SSD's working out? Did you use any of their utilities? Are you using one of them for the 'c' drive?

Guess I'll look into that EVGA one then sixer. Thanks.

@Maliksky , I love them both, I have the 120GB as my boot drive( C drive), and the 500GB a games drive. I haven't really used any of the utilities yet. Just used Magician to set the drives us for extended life, though it should not be a problem.
