anyone have a GTX 480 Superclocked? im running idle at 44c, and 70c with dual monitor and max load at 90c, also 90c with dual monitors...... fan is on auto for every temp reading. i guess the fan likes to keep max load at 90 no matter what your doing....

whats your temps?

Mine maxes out at about 60C in Furmark (when the CPU is at 80C also stressed on prime at 4.2ghz) and it's OCd to 850/1700/2200 .

Oh, btw it's watercooled with an EK acetal block :-d (same loop as CPU).

In regular gaming when the CPU isn't 100% stressed either, it runs about 53-55C max :-D .

Edit: But yes, with the fan on, the fan speeds up as fast as necessary (on auto) to keep it at 92C or lower. I believe you can edit the curves with NiBiTor if you're adventurous (or simply force it to a % with MSI Afterburner) but I'd say leave it because more than 100C = possibility of things starting to become damaged :-D . I believe the card has autoshutdown/autoclockdown though, so it MIGHT be OK, but I wouldn't risk it.
