I wouldn't bother with that site at all. It's address is listed in CA but IP is listed with the Russian Federation Mir Telematiki Ltd. So I'll just start a company from RU in the US, say there's a fax line in CA and offer electronic parts below cost? Yeah, I see that happening a lot with legit businesses.

It might be a legit company; the hosting IP means nothing really - they might just get cheaper hosting in Russia than in the US.

However, it's definitely high-risk. The other parts they sell seem to be mobile-phone related and kind of "swap meet/low-end electronics bazaar" shit, so don't expect newegg-type service if something goes wrong. It might also be a 100% scam ^.^ .
 
Well try and add it to your cart. You get "Your cart is empty". Seems legit to me.....lol.
 
every time I try to add the item to my cart it takes me to the cart page and it says its empty...it does that with all the other items...maybe its sold out? maybe the website isn't fixed? maybe it's a scam site...who knows?.
