Help with pc roll back issue

My husbands pc keeps rolling itself back. Hes using windows 10 and this just started 2 days ago. He will power it off and when it restarts it is as if he has reinstalled 10 again and NOTHING is left on his pc. Has anyone experienced this? we cant figure out if this is a 10 issue or what.

Thanks, no its not stuck rebooting. He will turn if off and when it comes back on it says it is repairing and then it will be a fresh install.

Its the same for 10?

Did he upgrade from a previous install? If so, go to the windows website and download the full installer and reinstall Windows 10. Many people who have upgraded have had issues. A full install from the disc usually does the trick.

He just uninstalled 10 and did not reinstall it. Its perfect now except for one of the ram sticks is flat lining sometimes!
