Not a bad deal. I assume that your gonna jump right on that one right? Being a dealer is tough. you have to be a real people person and your always standing unless you lucky enough to get a handicap table. They are hiring for everything as far as i saw though. Im curious to see what the slot technicians make if the dealers are going to make up to $40,000. Slot techs base pay where i work is double that of the dealers but dealers get the added toke rate into their check which is unclear if they are calculating that in also. If they are then in the first couple years you could be bringing some serious cash home as a dealer.

To be a dealer yes. The slot tech one I assume so. They'll probably train you on either. I know there are schools to be a dealer here now.
