History of Battlefield

It's pretty interesting how advanced Battlefield has become over the years.

I enjoy playing Battlefield 1943 on the Xbox 360, just for nostalgia's sake. :-)
 
I wanna play 2142 again now... and think I might play BC2 single player again
 
That was awesome. I never played a BF game before bad company 2, so it was very enlightening.
 
Wow, you 2142 guys are nostalgic over a turd of a game. Really. That one almost completely turned me off of Battlefield; had it not been for the hilarity of Bad Company 2, I might not have come back.

Was it the futuristic aspect? I loved 2142 :).

This clan kinda started with 2142, so most old players absolutely love that game, including me.

I'm the other way around - I loved 2142 and didn't like 2 as much.

And yes, I'll ejaculate on a frostbite remake of 2142 daily. Sadly, it will have to be origin with day 1 season pass $60 DLC and $40 base game, with battlebook... but oh well.
 
Anyone else like the original better than anything? (Original = 1942)

keep that blasphemy to yourself....2142 was god oh...oh and Sid didn't we duke it out all the time back when I was in DiG?
