How to set up Steam in-home Streaming

An interesting new feature formerly in Beta is not active with all newest versions of the Steam Client. I think it's pretty cool. Something i will definitely look into doing once I move.

I've done this with friends over. Had outlast going on my desktop and streamed it to my TV computer downstairs that is about 7 years old. Worked great.
