What a movie. Very well done. Has anyone else seen it?
 
I thought it was portrayed very well. Really caught a closer look at Chris Kyle, I remember seeing Kyle on the Conan show.
 
The movie was meh. The book, I had to put down. His world view had just become too raw for me.
I am thankful that men like him do what they do for the "good guys". It just seems that all the terror acts get the attention while missions like his go unheard of for years. I understand operational security and what not but how about a little terror from our end?

Whiplash
Nightcrawler
Birdman
Predestination
 
I saw it Soulz, great movie all around. Clint really makes you see the dark side of WAR and what these guys went thru over there and how it affected them back here as well. The end was a bit hard to take, but I think everyone should see this before judging the desert wars that we were in.

Of course that piece a shit Michael Moore and Seth Rogen had to open there fat fucking mouths about it. Douche bags...
 
anyone see that movie Fury? I never got a chance to see it in theatres. I plan to see the butchering of mad max in theatres though....just because I am willing to put up with the less CGI than the total recall remake.

Hopefully they have some stuntmen in this one and actually blow some shit up and not all cgi.

i watched fury last night.. some people compared it to saving private ryan, i didnt think it was that great, the actors tried to do accents and were fucking awful, its a decent war movie if you like to watch people get fucked up.
 
The only thing I have to say about mad max is : Charlize Theron.... neked. (Yay!!)


Also, American sniper was awesome.

I wish I would have made it to Iraq though.
 
Saw American Sniper and absolutely loved it. A raw and heavy movie looking where the light rarely shines. The cost of war and how it literally changes the warriors so we can hide in our simple lives living a dream the rest of the world couldn't imagine.
I think my signature shows how much man I am... but I still shed a tear for him.
