No, I guess the discussion was done in a "special" part of their forums. I think only restricted users and Main Admins can see it.

But according to Buff, another one of our Sr Admins, also a PBBans Staff member.

No ban lifting for him.
He's banned from the pbbans forum for threaten several staff on facebook, twitter, etc.
