Just want to share my experience ….
I have a G9 mouse and use it for about 14 months. The wire worn because it was rubbing the mouse pad (it was bend and I couldn’t straighten it). Anyway, one of the threads cut and that was it. It took about 6 months before I decided to do something about it.
I just posted my story on Logitech support web site. They answer within a day, asking for a scan of my receipt, which incredibly I kept….and then offered to replace it with a G9X as they don`t manuf the G9 anymore…. They haven`t argue, or doubt about my story, or trying to put the fault on me. They just sent me a waybill to ship my mouse back, and as soon as they received it, they shipped me a new one.
The idea is not to promote any product here. Just saying that this support team has been nice and most importantly it shows that sometimes it is worth it to plead your case…… even if it is small amount of money, i just got a new G9X mouse...
