Don't get me wrong Intels IGP on Sandy and Ivy are great for basic computer use. But they have made some promises anyone inside or outside of the company could promise were NOT going to happen. I mean we even saw them fake a demo on Ivy Bridge.

When snake came looking for a gaming notebook my minimum recommendation for games like BF3 is the 660M. The 650M is kind of minimal in that regard. But something on that level is killer for anything less than BF3 level games. Now while this video doesn't show frame numbers and release of info is restricted on these sort of previews at least it was conducted by tech report we can trust it a little.
Brings some hope to budget gaming notebooks, or just plain gaming on notebooks that were not designed for gaming at all. Right now AMD is probably king of that sector as the upper end of the A6 and A8 APU's should be able to play many games that Intel graphics solutions can't even touch. Nvidia graphics solutions in notebooks are great they have something on every level. But on the low end they can't provide integrated solutions for Intel. Power consumption and price often kill Nvidia on lower end notebooks.
