...was partially spent doing this:

I can't tell you how helpful it is to have a lift in your garage. :-)

How long did that take to install the lift?

I didn't dare do it, because I figured: if there's any possible way to fuck that up I'm just the man for the job. The folks I bought it from did the install and it took them ~an hour or so. The worst part was the drilling through the floor, just due to the insane noise.

I hear ya on that one, I'd be the one to fuck that up and when I put my car on it the whole thing would tear down and my car would land on it's side and go through the wall of the garage...lol-it's nice having one though.

hahah....yea all those "TMs and FMs"....oughtta say, "Blowing shit up for dummies" or whatever it is about!

As it turns out Snake, they don't come much more bad ass than that car. :-)

heheh yea yea....hard to sense sarcasm via keystrokes on a computer. At least its a vette and not a mustang! I am just jealous Ja, my life isnt worth as much as that car(as long as im alive anyways). hehe

my life isnt worth as much as that car.

Obviously I disagree. Anyone that lays their life on the line for me and the rest of this wonderful country is worth far more than anything I've earned or own. No ifs, no ands, no buts.

Thank you! Well, I hope you drive that(under safe conditions) the way a bad ass car is meant to be driven! =D

What do you mean by the top post?

OK, I see what you mean, and I'm not sure. I'll have to look into it when I get back home later. Apparently Amazon's S3 storage is failing epicly...

Nice lift and very nice car. I live ~60 miles from the Corvette plant. If you've never taken the tour, I suggest it. (if you ever come to the Corvette Fest or whatever its called in Bowling Green).

EDIT: I think they quit doing tours of the plant. The musuem is nice though!

Silly boy... Ignoring the lens flare, can you tell where this pic was taken? :-)

EDIT: I think they quit doing tours of the plant.

They always cease tours in the fall of the year prior to the introduction of a brand new generation. They do that so they can re-tool the plant without prying eyes. Once the next generation car is seen by the public, the tours will re-start.

The musuem is nice though!

It is. I've been a lifetime member since the mid-90s. :-)
