NASA - NASA Sets News Conference on Astrobiology Discovery; Science Journal Has Embargoed Details Until 2 p.m. EST On Dec. 2

NASA will hold a news conference at 2 p.m. EST on Thursday, Dec. 2, to discuss an astrobiology finding that will impact the search for evidence of extraterrestrial life. Astrobiology is the study of the origin, evolution, distribution and future of life in the universe. It's rumored that the findings will be about either Mars or one of Saturn's Moons(probably Titan).

How cool is that? Probably just microbial or something like that but still, it's a start. The first step is always the hardest, can't wait to hear the conference.

Whats awesome about it is if this is the case...that would mean they found possible life on mars, life on titan..That totally blows the theory away that life is extremely rare in the universe.

That is amazing, I cannot wait to hear what the results are. Call me an optimist but think of it this way: If there are Alien Micro-organisms, simple single to multi-cell organisms, that means that somewhere out in the verse, lies developed, sophisticated and perhaps intelligent life.
