Naval Strike Server needs a reboot

Naval Strike ping kicker is not working and server could use a reboot when the play count goes down. Has a player on with a ping of 250 to 315 the entire round today at 4 PM PST, stats page says he was playing from China.

Looks like the admin tool was down. I restarted around the time you posted.
