Need help!!!

On with logitech tech support for over an hour and a half and nothing. I have a G19 keyboard and the G buttons stop working in game. Thay do work out of game but I can not for the life of me get them to work in game? Any thoughts. Does any one have a G board that is doing the same? The last thing he told me was to uninstall the game. Witch would be fine if the damn update dident take me over a hour to down load. Any help would be great. Thanks!

He had UAC (User Account Control) turned on in Vista. Once I disabled it, he restarted, then everything worked.
