Actually, I'd say his recovery was excellent... and standing in front of the spot for the rest of the ad lulz... they did a good job.

Still, the problem is that the retard was standing too close - his cord was on his hand just fine.

that happens a lot! Many big screen plasma and lcds where destroyed that way

Funny as hell but the tennis racket thing is supposed to be snapped onto the wii remote and he didnt have it attached properly or it just failed... only the racket part flew off into the tv. i have friends that bought a piece of plexy to put infront of their tv so this doesnt happen.
 
Nah, I don't think it was just the racket part. The racket part is a small, light piece of plastic which wouldn't cause nearly as much damage as we see in the video.

I think it was actually attached really well - you can see the whole long scrape mark it caused before it hit the bottom and snapped.
