Thought I'd give it a go. It's pretty awesome to be honest.

No noticeable performance loss, even recording to my mechanical HDD. And the quality is pretty good, too.
From left to right, the big buttons are a switch to turn it on and off, a mode selector (manual recording, shadow recording, or both), the shadow time setting (1-10 minutes), quality (I couldn't detect much difference between the three) and audio (in-game or none). Nice and simple.
You can set your own hotkeys in the preferences, as well as the save location and which corner to display the indicator. Altogether, it's a pretty good piece of kit.
