I think his son will take over. But I wouldn't celebrate too much because we don't how he'll be as a leader.

His son is a puppet. If he does not do as they want him to be, they will most likely put him out since he is a part of the "new" generation and has studied and lived abroad. They don't want any "west" culture impacting their iron fist society.
