OMG HELP ME

so as if shit hasn't been going bad enough. all of a sudden the pc is gong nuts. I can play for a while and no issues. then sometimes screen will go black say cannot get signal from HDMI the tower is on the whole time. sometimes it just restarts itself other times I have to hard boot sometimes just my mouse and keyboard with stop working for no reason shortly followed by the no signal detected. anyone got any ideas ive don't a refresh of win 8.1 but at this point im sure its hardware and I have no means and wont for a while to get anything. please help

Well it could be your MOBO freaking out. Or it might be a driver issue somewhere

GPU 7970 just installed last drivers yesterday. not sure what other drivers would need looked at. done wiggle test reseated everything. it could have been a heat issue didn't realize how dusted up the radiator was so last night vaccummed it all out so hopefully that will help

If you think it's heat related, do a stress test if you have one and see if it occurs only under load.

So will Prime 95

Want to stress the vid card... use THIS

Try using a DVI-D cable for the monitor.

@ChromeLightsaber I ran that prime 95 with the defaults it gives ran it from what I understood everything passed however a few minutes later pc just restarted itself. and @Maliksky ive tried all the hook ups it seems to be a mobo issue cause the tower and fans stay powered on but cuts the monitor keyboard and mouse off

If you have other issues than the video then yes it would be the MoBo acting up.

I have never seen them so low, then again, I'm running an insane laptop.
