The last few days on your Operation Locker server I have experienced non stop packet loss. I have one many of many tweeks and research to improve or fix but no luck. I am not an idiot so please no common sense input. I have notice other players making references to lag as well. Just wantitn got know if anyone else is experiencing this too. Other servers run normal for me with very little to no packet loss.
 
We seem to be having issues with our provider. I'm sure everything will be squared away soon.
 
Forget to pay monthly bill? My Clan leader has forgotten and turned out to be the problem.
 
I just went onto the Infantry Only server to test it and the same. All packet loss.

Nothing to do with paying the bill. If bill wasn't paid, server wouldnt be online. And all payments are all set to automatic withdrawal.

I played on the server and I experienced 0 packet loss. I'll start an inquiry with the provider in the meantime.
 
It was only happening when i was experiencing the packetloss on your server. After packetloss stopped, it stopeped. Missing packets means mskipping textutes to catch up.
 
If there is any packet loss it's coming from your connection or somewhere in route. Our servers are very high quality and I'd say more than happy 95% of players including our own clan don't experience any issue. It's most likely bad routing from your isp or faulty equipment and not our server.

That definitely looks more like a graphics issue than packet loss. I have experienced both and from what you recorded, that's more of a graphics issue to me. Also without any of the symbols you would see for network or packet loss on the right side of your screen, it makes it harder to tell.

Operation Locker is known for having issues as it's considered a close quarter map so people will have some issues. The main question is have you gone to other Locker servers and had the same issue? Have you also gone to Locker servers with restricted weapons (read: no explosives or pistol / knife only servers) to gauge any difference in packet loss? Outside of that, I would look into your routing with your ISP and check to make sure you're equipment is up to the task. You'd be amazed what a low powered router or bad cable can do.
 
it only happened on your tbg locker server and infantry only server. I played on others servers that are not yours and had no issues. So it is not on my end or ISP. Like i have said, other playershave been complaining a lot more recently,s o don't get cocey because it's your server,. No disrespect but no server is perfect, even my clan server when we are so rarely on it for reasons i dont know why, has issues. Even your own admin Irish.... said it was experiencing issues.
 
If it is happening to more people, I certainly haven't heard anything. I play fairly frequently on our Squad server, hosted in the same location as all of our other servers with zero latency issues. And I'm in California. If you can produce a trace route, or some kind of latency test that validates your results, go for it.
 
Like I said, we need logs, not just chat.
