RAM question

i currently run 16gig of these

i know nothing about timing on ram so any help with what it means and if i should upgrade please tell

I seriously doubt there is any real reason to upgrade to better timings unless you were also in the market for more ram.

You are running DDR3 and the latencys are very low, which is good. As Rain said. Unless you need more ram. you do not need to upgrade.

That's good memory. case 9. I don't see any reason for you to change your system memory.
