Evidence can be anything from Circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos.
Evidence: 30% accuracy in the RCB. Total kills 71, 70 of which are the RCB.

Player consistent does this, however you will notice in their battlelog history when mass bans / cheat detections happen, his KDR drops dramatically. Literally a 1:1 curve.
He is using dmg reduction, projectile dmg increase, esp, aimbot, and no recoil, possibly mods for spread too -- he never leaves marks when you get shot it's a direct hit.
For example, this match is Nansha -- a map full of choppy sees. Yet, he has a 30% accuracy rate with the RCB?
Comments Would be nice for an admin to look into this. He's been banned elsewhere for this, but seems to be a regular player on your server.
Not sure why he hasn't been banned yet (especially with a 30% accuracy rate in choppy seas in an RCB).
