Offense committed False accusation of "attempt to team kill". Would like to submit evidence of bad call to help defend myself from an unfair ban.

This is a copy-paste of the youtube video 'details'. Please watch the video with the details in view to see timestamps and relevant info.

"This recording did not pick up my voice, but please read the description in full as I provide time stamps and context to what I am saying which is what xxlliquid responds to in chat. The timestamp start time is generally where I would start a new question and the end of the time stamp is where the relevant response is.

You will notice a cut in the video at around the 1:57 mark. That is due to me alt-f10 recording more of the conversation but stitching both recordings together.

Note: xxlliquid can be seen as the support class player on the small island to the right of the screen at the start of the video.

Noteworthy Timestamps:

0:00 - 0:35 What caused the accusation and proof of innocence

0:35 - 1:06 confusion as to why I was punished and warned, asking what I did.

1:06 - 1:36 Insist I do not know what is wrong, but guess at reason incorrectly assuming it might be because I shot from spawn, but follow up that the server rule allows firing from spawn but warrants the enemy to return fire so that can't be it.

1:51 - 2:38 officially warned again, realize I should just try to stay under the radar and leave the squad to try and avoid further interaction

2:38 - 3:39 pulling up the recording to see what xxlliquid is accusing me of. realize his accusation is extremely inaccurate, and rejoin his squad to begin a repeal at his punishment to remove my "warning"

3:39 - 5:05 begin stating findings in video, wait for a reply.

5:05 - 6:05 restate innocence and state I have video evidence as proof. Get no where with situation, shortly after the video ends I end up just leaving the server due to being worried about an unjust ban from xxlliquid."


Any additional comments? I am submitting this, because this is my favorite server where all my friends primarily play. If I find myself on the banned list, I will be very upset as this is pretty much one of 2 active NA hardcore conquest servers and this is usually the only populated server most of the time so i make sure to follow all the rules and would now like to defend myself from getting put on a shit list with the mods. Not only that, but I would like to complain about xxlliquid's method of modding and issuing unwarranted punishment to players (me in this case) for "almost team killing", when there is already an auto kicker script in place to remove players that team kill numerous times in a row. Over the likely 200 hours I have logged into this server in the past 3 months, I have accidentally team killed a fair share of times, but I always stop what I am doing and say "sorry." I don't understand how my posted video could be mistaken as "almost team killing" or how that could even be enforced because if you are playing on metro or locker for example, everyone is almost team killing everyone. For this display of admin abuse, I find myself worried and untrustworthy of this mod in particular that I will unrightfully be banned in the future and will think twice about playing the game when he is online, and its for this reason I decided it be best that I literally stop playing the match I was in with liquid to ensure I don't do anything else that he deems bannable. Thank you for your time, and I hope the mod team can get back to me with a productive solution to this issue.

I fail to see how I almost killed you with the TV. I also fail to see how ALMOST team killing is punishable in the first place. I also fail to see why you need an apology. Can you timestamp where you see my TV almost killing you? I also don't know what you mean by "not showing everything." I literally posted the whole clip from what you punished me for through our entire conversation with time stamps. If you want I can also link the full unclipped footage which records up to 5 minutes prior to me hitting the record button. You can see how none of my TVs come anywhere near you. can I please get another mod to view this and tell me how this TV comes anywhere near liquid, and why a TV going near him in the first place is punishable?

I took the time to post the rest of the footage. Please review it. Just like the original video, I have included timestamps in the description. This time, each timestamp signifies a TV is fired. I will also copy paste the description here.

"Note: I record with nvidias shadow play alt-f10 feature which is always screening and will record the last 5 minutes of gameplay starting when i press the command. This is as far back as I was able to record for this situation. Timestamps: of TVs launched:

So once again, I ask why almost team killing is a punishable offence and ask if you can time stamp exactly where my TV comes close to you.

there are people that actually have had been banned for one reason or another and are appealing their ban here. They have put a lot less effort into it even though they could have been right.

The reason I did what I did is not because I don’t like you or I want to show you who’s the boss on the server, it’s to get your attention and “tell” you that we are not tolerating this behavior. My agenda is to make the server more enjoyable for people. You can ask anybody that has played with me, and everyone will tell you I don’t abuse my power for no reason.
Now you are going to ask , why I was “too quick on my guns”?
I’ve been playing on the hardcore server for awhile myself and when things aren’t going the right way someone will either TK me or shoot a couple bullets at me and run away so I won’t see them. This happened multiple times that night. I get picked on because I’m usually the guy who is in the back of the map ucaving and not playing the objective(capture the flag). So you can see the reason someone could intentionally do it. It’s happened too many times to ignore it. And i also have news for you - I’m not the only one this has happened to.
Now that you know why I did what I did here is what you should have done in the first place.
1. Respect my decision and said said “I’m sorry it wasn’t intentional” (respect my decision)
2. Post a video that doesn’t show anything and try to accuse me of something you feel your life depends on it.(don’t respect my decision)
I admire the effort you put into this but I don’t agree with the reason behind it. You weren’t banned you were warned and you’re “shooting blanks” right now.

You are correct, I am not appealing a ban. That is why I chose the report a player thread for this issue. Whether what you claim is true or not, and players purposefully team kill you for not playing the objective or to mess with you just because you are an admin should have no weight on this matter. What you punished me for makes it sound like you literally witnessed me intentionally trying to kill you but just barely missing with my TV, and I have asked you twice already if you could review both of my videos and tell me exactly the moment you are talking about in which I attempted to team kill you as it shows about 5 minutes of footage before and after you punished me, and I recommend the second video I created as it has time stamps of all TVs fired up until you punished me. So far however, you only say I post videos that hold no evidence in the matter. I dont get how you can say that. It is the clip that leads directly up to the punish, and the conversation following the punish with detailed time stamps. You can even see me rewatching the clip within the video itself. You need to stop being so unwilling to look at evidence against you and take it for face value. I have done all the work for you in these videos, so review it properly and consider owning up to your mistake with an apology to me for this mess unless you can time stamp the moment I almost team killed you with a TV.

And to reiterate why I have taken so much time to create such a detailed complaint against you is merely for my defence against mod abuse. You state that from your point of view, you were fed up with all the intentional team kills from unsporting players trying to mess with you. Well from my point of view, I am shooting enemy boats when I get punished for "almost" team killing an admin because my TV went no closer than 200ft to you as it traveled its course on a direct path from my boat to the enemy boat, every single time during that match. So now that I see I could be punished and warned about a ban for such an outrageous claim by an admin, the fear of being banned for reasons out of my control go through the roof, and as already stated, this is the main server I play on due to its popularity and where all my friends are, so I absolutely need to build a case to defend my ability to enjoy playing this game with my friends, because you make me feel like I can be banned for walking by you the wrong way. In our first time playing with each other, you demonstrated power abuse to me, so that is my first impression of you, and despite all the work I did to build a case to defend myself for mods to see, All you can say is there isn't enough evidence" so now my second impression of you is that you are biased towards evidence against you unrightfully abusing power and that is just plain ignorant, further reinforcing my thoughts that I will get hit with an unjust ban in the future the next time I happen to be on when you are on. I mean if I can get warned and punished for shooting TVs at enemy boats, then I could easily get banned for actually accidentally team killing which happens often enough for everyone, it's a 64 player hardcore server after all.

That is why I am not dropping it and am still hoping another admin takes notice to this post and can give an outside opinion on all of this.

Let me start with this, you put way too much time into this for simply being killed and warned by an admin to be careful with your TV missiles. I read about 5% of your short novel on how the world is out to get you because and admin warned you and I can already see where this conversation is going to go, so I am take a hard pass on reading the rest of it. Here is some solid advice for you:

-Move on
-Get over it

Actually let's make this one better, I love reviewing peoples history with us when they makes posts and your chat history is quite interesting. In fact, I found a few scenarios of you bypassing our racial slur filter when you first started on the server.

You are now officially banned from our hardcore server and don't even bother making an appeal, we don't lift bans for racial slurs. Congratulations you played yourself.
