Offense committed Toxicity in chat. Constant, actually literally constant filling of chat with religious nonsense about Jesus, etc, etc. Ruins use of chat for tactics and is affecting entire server. Additionally he never spawns into the game. Only sitting in server wasting a slot to spew religious messaging in chat.
