Offense committed ESP and Aimbot

Additional comments Getting shot in the head instantly. Also player knew where I was at all times despite no enemy tugs. You walk around a corner and he was pre aimed waiting. Multiple players accused Masticazzzi of hacking. Several mentioned "Masticazzzi the hacker is back" in chat. Accused everyone of hacking to try to deflect and cover his hacking. He was with the invincibility mod in addition to aimbot, possibly he will return with another account because he did not care if they recorded it, the best thing is an IP ban

Time 00.22 - despite shot him more than 10 rounds, he is still alive.
Time 03:37 - shot him multiple times, I was dead and his health is still 100% with no health pack nearby.
