Offense committed Spawnkilling on multiple occasions on multiple maps, and has done movement glitches in spawn, despite me warning that it is not even allowed outside of combat (this part happened many months ago when he went by the name DadThruster57 and I have no proof, but an extensive chat search might confirm this)

After watching your video, I'm not sure what it is that you are reporting at this point.

You are clearly shooting out of spawn on both maps, making you very much an active target - I'd also like to point out that there was someone else in spawn shooting out in the firat half (as it was clear that there was a second mortar visible on your mini-map) likewise for the second half of the video, others are clearly shooting out of uncap - Makes it real hard to make a case for 'unprovoked attack'

I don't see any reason to take action at this time.
