As many of you know, a few weeks ago I had a my Corsair H100i pump showing signs of failing. It would randomly power down for half a second before regaining power. I went out and bought another H100i and put it in to ensure that it was indeed the unit causing the issue and not my PSU or some other weird factor.

On Sunday afternoon July 6th I went to corsairs website, created an account, and filled out the RMA request. I was offered the option to send my unit in first, or have them ship me one and then I ship the old one back. I opted for the first option since I already had my replacement installed.

I shortly received an email saying my request had been processed and to send my unit to the address. They did require that I get my own shipping label, but stated that they would provide any return shipping free of charge. I did not ship the item until July 15th for various reasons. They received the package a week ago today, July 18th. Sunday the 20th I received an email that a shipping label had been created and that corsair would be sending me a new unit. Today I received my brand new unit in a sealed box.

I must say I am quite pleased with the turn around time and the fact that I got a brand new sealed unit. I never had to speak to anyone on the phone or and didn't get any kind of run around. This is the kind of customer service and warranty process that will have me buying products over and over again. First corsair product I've owned that has failed. I hope this is helpful to someone else.

Sounds Familar!

I brought a new K95 keyboard from a local dealer here couple months ago that worked fine for a about a week. One day couldn't get any power to it. I used my old G19 for a while and things were busy at home. I Did what you did and went to the site filled an RMA request out that was approved a day later. This was now 31 days after I brought it locally. I sent the keyboard directly to them in the box it came in and printed off a label tapped it on and spent $25 to ship it to them this was now about 40 days after purchase. Got a brand new one back again a week later and no issues since.

I should have added that my unit was also over a year old and I was never asked for a proof of purchase.

Their RMA service is very good. I had returned at least four sets of memory over the years and they replaced them with a smile.
However now I purchase G.SKill memory, and now failures yet.

Yeah I'm a big fan of G.skill as well.

Yeah, I've only ever had 1 stick of G. Skill go bad and they asked for the set so I sent them back and got a new, sealed set in return with better timings since they gave me a newer version :)
