Some task gone rogue is messing with my cpu, it shoots the activity up to 50-70% from idle, making the temps go crazy and just as sudden as it came it goes. happens every 5-10 seconds.

this happens all the way from startup. Anyone know of such tasks that can do this? I can't get my eye on it in the task manager as it switches so fast. it has no description it seems though.

computer msi gt683dx , 2670QM

Edit:

SUMMARY:

NvStreamsvc has a memory leak and will eat up ALL of your ram AND fuck up your cpu too by constantly switching on and off (eats up ram, dies, wakes up, eats up ram, dies...)

If you experience this issue go to safe mode and disable it from there.

Many security software installs a special driver that intercepts any changes to its services and processes.

However, the driver is normally not loaded in Safe Mode, so you can disable the service there. If the service is still started after reboot, you may want to find and disable the driver in Device Manager. This kind of driver is normally under the "Non-plug and play drivers" section which is viewable by selecting "Show hidden devices" from the View menu. The name of the driver is normally well-known for each provider."

safe mode time...

cpu stable, still heats up weird though...

SUMMARY
Spyware maybe?

nah its the Nvidia service that connects to their shield system (play anything on anything at home), As I am a mere peasant I do not own that system and it can only cause me problems. The version i received had a huge memory leak, too.
