It's not fake.. it's the real thing. I saw this come out earlier this week on the political blogs. I hear that he's got an ailment that gives him a bit of dementia and he's going to die soon.

From the way he's talking , it sounds like his brain is running at a considerably slower RPM than it should be.

This guy was voted into office for two reasons:

1. He's black and his district is black.
2. He was part of the civil rights movement.

Unfortunately, an education isn't a requirement to hold office. If the people vote for you, then you are in. Sure, he did a great thing by assisting the civil rights movement, but he's no Dr. Martin Luther King. Hence the doctor part...
