Setting advice in BF3

I have a suggestion in the server TBGCLAN.COM | ## ALL CONQUEST 24/7 ## | NO LAG

This server is always running with a lot of AFK players, and that is really annoying, there is a way to get the right plugin for this server to kick those AFK kids?

Just an idea...
