I doubt we would ever get a fleet going and I am better off sticking with a fleet that has the resources to buy shit. But in general anyone playing?

Really mad this game doesn't even allow pay to win :p They give you this tiny pos and you really cant get good ships until your higher in rank.

Finally hit rank 10 got me a new ship. She is doing pretty damn well for herself...

This would explain why you're not in NFS: World.

I blame battlefield friends. In stingers the dude kept saying Qapla' which is Klingon. Reminded me to try the game. I tried last year but could never login.

In addition to ship combat you also have ground combat. Its of the third person variety. Overall if you hated every mmorpg game then you won't like this. I just think they are a huge time suck.

Ship combat is based on a PSP game I played once so I'm already well versed in basic combat. Your first ship will force you to learn due to its limitations. With only one rear weapon you have a torpedo launcher in the front that has a 90 degree firing arc and is effectively useless with the ship turned. On the other hand phasers have a 270 degree arc and with the ship sideways you can fire front and rear. Disruptor a favorite of the Klingons are also an option. They deal more damage than phasers but have a limited arc. This leaves you needing to transfer shield power to front and rear a lot. Works well in single enemy situations not so well in multiple.

I do play it, have been playing it for some time, if I am not on Metro I am playing this. I have a small Fed fleet, and I have some friends in another fleet which is a little higher rank, if you want in either of them, let me know. My handle is @Archeastor. I also run a Klingon fleet when you get to that level. Feel free to look me up. I am full nerd, always have been, and always shall be...I am damn proud of it.
 
Like any other noob I got a ton of invitations. I finally accepted on one. Every time I think about quitting I see a ship from the fleet lol. Gar' fons Renegades or something like that.

But yeah I'd rather know my leader and know where shits going and my chances of moving up etc. I'll be home in 2 hours if your still on I'll hit u up.
 
I'm a huge ST nerd (TNG is my favorite), so I'll probably download this. Eventually.
 
LOL your probably mad I'm dragging u through all these games. I hit 60 the current max rank on nfsw so IMA have fun in it but not too often.

Definitely cutting into my Metro time. LOL - I'm at 29? Or 30 right now. Finally got enough IGC to buy a decent car: BMW M3 GTS. Its so nice.
 
My money is tight I just bought 3 cars because of the new patch cycle and I'm down to 1.3 mil
