KAPLAH!!!!!! It is a great word that can be used in multiple scenarios. I didn't know it apparently is a Klingon word from Star Trek. This guy started asking me all these trekie things after I said it, and had to tell him, i like Star Trek but really have no clue what you are talking about.
 
That's where I've heard it from. We had one guy who would always say 'today is a good day to die.' before charging in and knifing everyone in a room. He was a big Trekkie (as am I.)
