I don't know how many of you are not using a SSD yet, but the prices have come way down and they improve your system speed overall. Here's an example of prices so they're definitely worth a look if you don't have one.

I'm thinking about upgrading to an Intel 200 GB SSD around Christmas time.
 
Yeah those 240-256 GB models are just starting to hit that magic price point where I would buy one... if I had any money. HDD prices at retail seem to also be down as well. I saw a 2TB 7200 RPM seagate at best buy for just over 100 bucks. Definitly seems like a pre-flood price to me.
 
I'll get one or two once I start working again or pay my credit card little more before I buy them. I have a Velociraptor VR150 300GB 10K RPM SATA. I'm only using 30% of the drive now. I'll try to get the fastest 120-300GB drives. I have no need for anything bigger right now.
