With the recent flooding in Thailand severely affecting the prices of traditional HDs Solid State Drives are looking to be a better option for the near future as their prices continue to go down and already some HD prices have tripled.

Last I checked, the Samsung F4EG 2TB drives I have in my server went from $150 to $270.
