So debating or not to get the 780 or 780 TI now or Black Friday

anyone have an inside scope if either card will go on sale? Heh

No brainer. Wait, its only a few days. As far as specifically the 780Ti going on sale or any deals, I'm not sure, but I would imagine someone is using it as a "get your purchase here" enticement.

780 is going on sale for sure (if not already). 780 Ti isn't going on sale for a few months IMO, unless you count "sitewide" coupons like newegg's 5% promo (also similar 5% promo on superbiiz I think).

Buy R9 290 for bro fist though :-P .

If someone sees a Benq W1080ST or a Kawai CE220 for $800/$cheap~1500 let me know btw. Instabuy. I missed the amazon $800 deal on the W1080ST, so fuck me.

I will surely feel like a douche if the 780 goes on sale given that I just bought a 4GB 770 GTX OC - 2 days ago

780 will be on sale for sure, because it's superseded pretty strongly by the already cheaper R9 290. I would guess it would gravitate towards $400 fairly soon-ish if not this weekend ;-) .

780Ti won't be on sale for a long time because e-peen - best single core card right now. And as we've seen, e-peen tends to keep cards from sales unless a wild challenger appears.

P.S. This is pretty damn fucking cool (in more than one sense) if you ask me: http://www.guru3d.com/news_story/gainward_geforce_gtx_780_ti_phantom.html

Too bad they don't sell Gainward in the US.

Well..

I just bought the 780 GTX Classified for $590.00 before tax

and if it does go on sale on Friday I'll return this one and just buy another

but if it's not more than $20 I'm not really gonna care

installing this card now :D
